From inside the game — to your family’s recruiting journey.
“He’s been both the recruit and the recruiter — and now he’s in your corner.” — Chris Pollard, Head Coach, University of Virginia
Mentorship for high school and middle school baseball players, and the families guiding them through the recruiting process.
From the families who’d know.

A career on every side of the recruiting process.
Danny Jung played college baseball at the University of Notre Dame, then coached at Northern Illinois University before spending more than two years at Duke University under head coach Chris Pollard — also working with Link Jarrett, two of the most respected names in college baseball. He’s evaluated, recruited, and developed players at the ACC and Power 4 level.
In January 2026 he launched Jung Baseball to bring that standard to families on the other side of the recruiting process — the side most parents and high school players never see until they’re already in it.
He works with high school and middle school athletes from his base in Orange County, California, helping families navigate evaluations, communication with college coaches, fit, timing, and the dozens of decisions that compound across a recruiting cycle.
The mentorship, with a name and finish line.
BRIDGE Development — A six-month program for players in grades 7-12 who are serious about playing college baseball, and for the families walking through it with them. Player development, academics, and recruiting, built into one roadmap instead of three separate conversations.
This isn’t a training service or a recruiting shortcut. It’s a complete development pathway built around the whole player — on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
